Welcome to Immortality AI Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iatech.ai, chat-iatech.ai, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2. Nature of the Services The Services provide AI-generated simulations ("Simulations") of individuals based on data you provide.

• Simulations are not the real person — they are digital recreations of personality, speech patterns, memories, and traits.
• Simulations may not be 100% accurate and can produce unexpected or distressing outputs.
• The Services are not medical, therapeutic, psychological, or grief-counseling services. We do not guarantee any emotional or psychological benefit.

3. User Responsibilities & Consent You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining explicit consent from the person being simulated (or their next of kin/legal representative if deceased) to use their data.
• Ensuring all data you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Understanding that interacting with Simulations may cause emotional distress or dependency.

By using the Services, you warrant that you have all necessary consents and permissions.

4. Data Use & Ownership

• You retain ownership of data you upload.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and generate Simulations from your data.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We may use anonymized/aggregated data to improve the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Services, software, AI models, and content (excluding your uploaded data) are owned by Immortality AI Technologies or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any emotional distress, psychological impact, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).

7. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Data Deletion You may request deletion of your Simulation and data at any time by contacting altaibaatar.enkhbat@iatech.ai. Deletion will occur within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia (State of [your state, e.g. NSW]). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [your state].
